We're Having a Great Week!

 The girls are having a great week! They are wearing big girl newborn clothes and learning to read during tummy time!  My mom is really wonderful for taking care of the girls while I am getting back to work (very part time). I am feeling pulled in both directions by work and the girls. There is so much to do at work and/but/yet/ I love being at home with the girls.  I don't want to miss a milestone! I love being a mom. I still can't believe we have triplets!
When we were trying to get pregnant, I had such grand ideas to videotape every move, test all the baby's reflexes, give them baby massages, etc. That all changed when we had three! The day just passes so quickly between feedings and diaper changes. I wish I could just hold all three all day (and maybe sleep more). They are staying awake for a bit longer, and we are lucky to get in a tummy time or two. Here are some pictures from the week!

 On Tuesday afternoon an old Camp (Camp Arrowhead which is now Camp Honey Creek) friend, Shelby, came by for a playgroup.  Shelby brought over Kate and Henry who are adorable 8 month old twins! They looked like giants compared to my girls! I loved playing with Henry and Kate because they were so active, smiling, and laughing while Shelby cuddled with Iyla. Henry and Kate played with the girls' toys while the girls mostly slept. I enjoyed asking Shelby lots of questions about multiples and we enjoyed swapping stories of pregnancy, lack of sleep and hallucinating at night due to lack of sleep. Did I mention lack of sleep?? We had a great time and I hope there are many more playgroups to come!
