In these short 5 months riding solo I've learned a lot. So cliche I know, but who plans for having triplets??? There is a lot to freaking learn about being a first time parent, doing it solo, and a parent of triplets for that much.
Lately my goals are
1. Keeping the girls alive
This might seem like a no brainer, but not with these brainiacks (sp?), all think alike at the same time, just learned to hide, such smart, beautiful girls. lol
2. Get at least 6-7 hours of sleep
Nadine challenges me on this nightly, but I am trying very hard as I see this essential to my sanity. Nadine needs her own room. I think separating them will add about 15 minutes more to the bedtime routine and I don't want to buy two more monitors. Oh and sometimes I still can't tell the difference between Nadine and Denver Paige's cry so that would keep me up more.
3. Exercise
Endorphins are key to my happiness and decreasing my stress level. My employees and children drive me crazy. This is the only thing I do for myself - literally besides take a shower. Which now the girls tell me I stick so now it is literally the only thing. I need to schedule more workouts has my business grows and the girls get smarter in their negotiation and teamwork tactics.

Blueberry picture from my parents. Love the rainbow of colors. I miss them a lot, but they are having a great and well deserved vacation in ME.
MDM turned me on to Flip or Flop so I had to be Susie Homemaker when watching it. A sample of the bows I made from all the shower presents we received before the girls were born. My mom made handbands with humongous bows for me (very stylish in the 80s) and so I thought I would carry on the family tradition.
I got brave this Saturday morning. The girls did great and were super excited to walk their beloved stuffed animals. I was happy we made it all back alive and I got to drink my coffee the whole time.
My first "selfie" with DP. She loves taking pictures. I have a few 100 DP selfies on my ipad.
N - D - I
Among all the crazy cooking over 2 days I did this weekend. I made pizza from scratch for the girls. It is delicious!!! Tried to go all out (aka I need a social life and to turn off Amazon Prime Video.) and use initial cookie cutters. Iyla will get v hungry so I stopped that nonsense very quickly.
The girls and I have been praying nightly for Dee (my grandmother) and Georgia (my great aunt). Please say a prayer for both of them.
So ready for MDM's upcoming weekend visit and then my one vacation of the year is less than a month away!!! So excited!!!
ACD comes to visit over Labor Day and we are very thrilled about that also!!
