Big Jim and Amy came for the weekend to celebrate Big Jim's birthday! We had a great weekend with lots of love and laughter!

The girls attended their first birthday party on Sunday. I was nervous because of how to handle all the girls with lots of other kiddos, not knowing the setup or activities. I was pleasantly surprised. Our birthday host, Chloe who turned 2, did an excellent job of having plenty of toys to entertain. We went for wagon rides, played peekaboo in the tent, cheered on the piñata participants and enjoyed all the ice we could stand! The girls LOVED the wheelbarrow of ice! Idea for summer! We got them each a cup of ice to play with to lessen our need for a TB shot later. The cups then turned into a turn, dump, and fill up again! Glad it was a sunny day and the dresses dried quickly!
It was a great weekend and my dad and I even snuck in a new piece of equipment for the clinic. With all the great help I had, I got to clean out venison blood from our garage fridge (brought back many awful memories and smells of Katrina) that broke this week, trim thorny Bougainvillea, and sell our LazyBoy recliner!
So glad Big Jim and Amy were here this weekend!!
