It started with 14 month developmental pediatrician checkups on Tuesday! The girls are doing fantastic! Being 13 months corrected age ... the girls are hitting 14-16 month milestones! So wonderful!!! Nadine has 16 month language because of her new word, "baby" and Iyla has 19 month old fine motor skills because she drew a line with a crayon. They were on fire Tuesday morning!!!
I was worried about language, but the girls are doing great with their baby signs which count as words! The developmental pediatrician was very impressed! I am so happy!
I am so proud of them and so thankful they have such good caregivers during the day!!!
Today, Thursday was a very busy day!
Expansion started at my clinic! We are expanding another 330sq feet! Every bit helps when we've hired another 4 employees in the last month so now I have 18 employees!! Never thought we would grow this fast!
The work crew and me (yes, that's a tool belt) at 10:30 am. Usually I do not dress (hair is not usually not brushed, much less straightened) this nicely for work - reason is below!
Where I was during lunch - for the San Antonio Business Journal 40 under 40 awards! Great lunch and really neat to meet all the rising stars of San Antonio!
I was back to work in the afternoon to see patients and for PTS mixer to introduce all new/old employees!
Busy day!
This weekend my dad and Amy are coming to celebrate my dad's birthday! It will be a fun weekend! Pictures to come!!
The girls have runny noses, getting molars, and are just wanting to be held by their mom, so the nights have been rough this week. Not a lot of sleep on my part trying to help them feel better.
Two weeks till MDM comes home for the weekend!! I can't wait!!!
