This weekend I rolled solo with the girls. We had a great time working on developmental milestones since they will be going through the big test on Tuesday.
Saturday we went to my clinic to crawl and get rid of some energy since Sunday morning was our 1st 5K
Iyla playing in the ball pit
Nadine still loves sticking out her tongue
A very happy Denver Paige
The only time I got a picture of them together was in the ball pit. They were loving moving and grooving all over the gym!

The girls did fantastic this morning in their first 5K - lots of rain and all uphill at Eisenhower Park! Pushing 80 lbs and going uphill was hard work! My clinic was one of the sponsors of the Ava's Wish race. The goal of Ava's Wish, Inc. is to provide support to pediatric patients with head trauma or other related disorders and act as a resource for the child's family members. Ava's Wish was started by one of my patient's family after a traumatic event. Eric (my business partner), Tara (speech therapist and old roommate), and Marissa (speech therapist) joined along in the running fun! We all came home and took a nap after the race! Yes, even me! |
