Pictures from a great week of milestones at 2 months 5 days (corrected age)!
1. Denver Paige is sleeping through the night!
2. We now go through a can of Neosure formula a day! I now see why moms of singletons breastfeed. I so wish I was still breastfeeding. I don't know if I would be very sain with working and breastfeeding, but we would be saving a whole lot of money.
3. All three are grasping toys, visually tracking, smiling, and cooing!
4. All three have head control!
5. All three have found their thumb!
6. The girls are wearing size 1 diapers and 3-6 month clothes.

Izzie continues to amaze me. We rescued her from a horrible situation and she continues to repay us with her gratitude and love every day. Although she is very scared of children (because of abuse when younger) she loves these girls. She thinks of the babies as her own- always checking on them and sneaking a lick if she can. I will soon have a blog post dedicated to her because she is such a fantastic dog and loves the girls so much. She is their guard dog, their protector and in charge of clean up. I can't wait to see her when the girls are eating in high chairs and dropping food on the floor! Izzie will be in heaven! At four o'clock on the dot she comes up to my mom for her daily walk. Even with the time change, she was on time for her walk. The girls will love her as much as MDM and I do.

| At this point, my mom and I are dying laughing which makes Denver Paige smile. Iyla is still not amused with the duck hat and Nadine is bored or moved on to solving the world's problems. |
Four Month Flashback
As the girls are growing I cannot help to reflect on what we have been through in the last 4 months. I know our road has been easier than some parents experience with multiples, but watching these girls grow over the past four months has been amazing! People ask me how I manage, but I don't know any different. I couldn't imagine one less baby. When I look at the girls, tears come to my eyes thinking about the first month of their tiny lives. Pumping every two hours and driving back and forth to the NICU 2-3 times a day to take them milk and pump in front of their isolates. Every time I left the NICU I would cry all the way home because I wanted them to be home with me. My sleepless nights now are a piece of cake in comparison to what I went through that first month of their lives. They were so tiny and fragile and so alone in those isolates. At four months they are growing - smiling, cooing, interacting with their world, grasping toys, and have almost realized there are three of them! lol. I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to have these three precious girls after trying for so long. In July, MDM and I will be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. This year will be extra special celebrating with our girls!!! Here are some pictures from those first days in the NICU.
