It being the end of the year and MDM home... means finally getting a Marshketeer mobile! I went on Saturday to check out suburbans and decided to bring one home to make sure it fits in the garage - barely! We put the stroller and carseats in again to make sure they fit as well. Our first big purchase because of the triplets - I am sure it won't be the last (as I look around this house and see it becoming overcrowded quickly!!)
LOVE LOVE LOVE having MDM home! We are having a great time playing house!! MDM caught on to the routine very quickly! He is a much better at waddling than I am! MDM has been singing, playing music and checking off the girls' developmental milestones (smiling and tracking). We think they are all going to have blue eyes like their mother, so the twins will probably have blue eyes blond hair and Iyla will have blue eyes, brown hair.
Two more days till I am allowed to work out (aka crossfit). For those of you who know me well - you know this makes me VERY happy! I haven't run or done crossfit since April 21st (the day of the procedure) and I am very looking forward to getting back into the groove of things so I can get out of maternity clothes, relieve some stress, sweat, and see some of my good crossfit buddies. I don't know what I am going to wear to work out or how I am going to do a situp, but one step at a time! Don't get me wrong, I have lost a lot of the triplet weight ~ 20 pounds (10.6 pounds of babies) right after the birth and now I'm down ~35 pounds total, but lots more to go to get back to my pre-triplet weight.
