Our Dear Mimi

Our precious Mimi/ Peggy passed away Monday after exactly 2 weeks in hospice care. We anticipate the service to celebrate her life will be on Saturday, October 21st.

Please know that Peggy/ Mimi was well cared for over the last few weeks and there were so many good visits and goodbyes to those she loved so dearly.

 I am so thankful the girls got to know her.  They loved each other so much. She is the last of my grandparents to die. I did not get to know my fraternal grandfather and I so wish I had the chance to see him carve ducks and make furniture. Grandparents enrich our lives so much and have so much to teach us.  I will miss Mimi so much.

We arrived to CC on Friday. Amy presented the girls with Goldie Blox! So fun building a dunk tank, car, airplane, and much more!

Swimming on the last day of September!!  The girls are swimming across (~6') the pool independently!
