Valentine Pets

Monday night Nadine woke up screaming and scratching her head. Mine had been itching for a few days, but with cause unknown. I found out why when I looked through Nadine's hair that night. Denver Paige had some Valentine pets also I discovered Tuesday morning. Iyla is free and clear. The joys of working with kids. 

After dealing with croup last week, I was not happy about the lice. It has been a rough two weeks with lack of sleep (they are still coughing a lot at night with croup leftovers) and unhappy girls (lack of sleep and olive oil in your hair). Oh wait and they are two years old! And there are 3 of them!!

The girls enjoyed their lunch at home since they were sent home with lice. I mistakenly thought we had gotten rid of it Thursday night, but the school disagreed. 

Friday night reading to each other. The girls love Eric Carle's Brown Bear Brown Bear book. We just checked out Polar Bear Polar Bear What do You Hear and that is the book Nadine started reading to her sisters. I thought it was cute. Would be better if I stopped talking so much. They all were blending the two books together it seemed. 

Valentine trip to the park with Aunt Gail

The girls had a great time picnicking with Aunt Gail! So much fun!!! 

Tonight MDM and I are very happy. After this rough two weeks- I booked a flight to see him at the end of the month! Yay! I haven't had a break since September (my bday) so I am ready!! I love our girls, but missing MDM (and my sanity) a lot!
