Great weekend!

Iyla, Denver Paige, Chloe, and Nadine trying on shirts on Friday afternoon while I got the gym ready for Saturday.

The PTS gym was tranformed into packing headquarters for Camp Summer Dreams on Saturday morning! Amy and I had so much fun seeing ex-campers and helping out a great organization.

Saturday Summer Dreams Camp Packing Party entailed:
4.5 hours
62 tubs ("trunks," as Amy Dinn said)
186 pairs of shirts
240 parent t-shirts
62 sets of sheets
124 towels
61 binders loaded
8 fantastic screaming awesome toddlers learning camp songs
An incredible partner in Pediatric Therapy Specialists for hosting our "Packing Party!"
One TREMENDOUS SPECTACULAR team of Camp Honey Creek Alumni and Camp Summer Dream Teamers!
61 girls that much closer to camp!

The Corpus Crew!

The girls played with future cabin mates while we packed the "trunks" We also had our regular Saturday PTS story time which the girls enjoyed! Camping was the theme!

                               More fun on the swing!

When it was time to clean up - the girls were a huge help! I didn't believe it when I first saw it, but the girls started carrying the scooters back to the gym. We used them to transport the packed trunks to the cars.
After seeing my so helpful girls on Saturday, I should not have been so surprised when Nadine opened the pantry door, opened Izzie's food container and poured the food in her dish. OR when Nadine opened the running dishwasher and got out the red wine glass and dropped it on the floor. So helpful! The dishwasher is now adorned with a bungee cord. Izzie was happy to be feed because sometime eating the triplets' leftovers is not enough food for her.

Amy and I had a great weekend with the girls. We went swimming Saturday afternoon and completed lots of little house improvements. My closet is finally organized! Yay! The house is getting closer to being completed and totally unpacked! Amy got me to purge all wedding present boxes! Only took 11 years! Thank you Amy for all your help!

Iyla helping me paint my grandfather's china cabinet. I am painting it with chalk paint and I am really liking the results so far!!

MDM's Aunt Squeak, my sister-in-law Lynn and niece Kate arrived tonight. Aunt Squeak and Kate will be helping me take care of the girls this week! Should be fun!
