The girls are 6 months now! I had to take 3 different pictures since only one chose to smile in each picture! We will keep working on all three smiling in one picture!
Iyla got a pretty bad diaper/yeast rash diagnosed by MDM while he was here. I'm telling you this boring tidbit, because I became one of those moms already. You know them. The ones who wait till they're about to go out of town and call the pediatrician Friday afternoon to get an appointment when the diaper rash started the weekend before. I guess my pediatrician anticipates these very minor emergencies right before a weekend and she got us in within 2 hours of calling. Thank you Dr. ____! The rash is clearing up with Nystatin samples, Triple Paste, and changing her diaper every 2 hours. This last sentence is totally for my benefit so if one of the other girls gets this pesky, persistent rash again, I can remember what we did.
Milestones:
The girls are doing fantastic! Even though they are really 4 months (corrected age) they are progressing with their developmental milestones. We are working on rolling over both ways. Nadine is our rollover queen. They are all supported sitters. Nadine and Denver Paige are babbling a lot. Iyla loves to laugh, smile, and give hugs. I swear Iyla knows her name and she loves to watch her mom. They love stroller rides and are staying awake more during their daily runs or walks with me. I love our RunAbout Triple stroller so much!! It is so easy to run with on our greenway. They are all very aware of my voice and when I am in the room. I sort of feel like a celebrity when I am reading or talking to them. They make you feel like you are on stage when they are all grouped together watching/studying your every move. It's a funny, but great feeling.
We ventured out into the retail world again today. I don't have a picture, but if you would have walked into the mattress store this afternoon, you would have found me on the floor feeding two babies in their car seats while rocking the 3rd car seat with my foot. Looks like my mom plans to stay a little bit longer because she bought a new mattress for our guest room! The trip went so well, (i.e. no one else was in the store) we actually "thought" about venturing into another store in the shopping center. We returned home since we had left the house without measuring the room to make sure a queen we just bought would fit....hmmm with triplets not surprised are you???

Heads measured again on Thursday morning.
6 month pediatrician visit next week (weigh ins!!) maybe get ok for trying food!!?

Milestones! Both sad and glad your mom bought a new bed--good for Paige but that means she plans to be there a long time, which we all expect by deny a little bit. Love all the pictures, especially the ones in the swimming pool, where the colors were so brilliant. We all enjoy hearing about you and the girls, especially how they are acting. Thanks.
