| The shower napkins |
This weekend our house felt like Grand Central Station with lots of visitors. We had a shower for both sides of the family/friends at MDM's godparent's house. It brought family and friends from California (so great to see you LES!!!), Houston, San Angelo, Corpus, and Dallas. It was a wonderful time.
MDM's dad picked up all three cribs and brought them to the house. It has taken me lots of phone calls and trips to Babies R Us to get these three cribs here. Now for putting them together!

It was also another work weekend for my parents, ACD and JG. My Dad loves marking off things on the project list especially when it means he gets to go buy new tools for me (the part I like!). Friday night my parents started with putting together crib #1. I sat and watched even though I really wanted to be helping.
ACD and JG put crib #2 together on Saturday night. We still have the 3rd crib needing to be put together. I just couldn't
decide where I wanted to put it yet.
MDM's parents helped with rearranging the garage on Saturday and then came by on Sunday to see the cribs.
MDM and I are very fortunate to have such a wonderful family and supportive friends during this time. I know I would be able to be accomplishing any of these important pre-baby tasks without the help of others.
