Spring Break 2021!!

Celebrating Read Across America Week and Dr. Suess at school on Tuesday.

Another picture the school took. We found out on Monday that MDM did not need surgery - just 3 months of OT to get his arm back to full ROM and function. Glad we know a good OT! We are so glad he did not have to have surgery!!

Friday the girls dressed up as Jane Goodall, Betsy Ross and Helen Keller for their Biography Week. The girls loved this assignment. It was their first real research project and we spent much of the last 2 weeks discussing world events, dates, timelines and learning about these women.

The girls helped out at my clinic this week.

Friday we left for Port A. A cold front hit right when we arrived. We got the watch the fog roll in and the temp drop quickly. It didn't stop our fun!

Playing in the sand!

Saturday the sun came out and we ventured to the beach. The wind was still blowing but the girls had fun!

Best purchase for the trip! Since MDM can't carry anything over 3 lbs. I bought this cart and it proved very useful for carrying all of our toys!

Sunday we met Big Jim, Amy and Mia at the Port A city marina and jetted off abroad Sashay for lunch and fun filled afternoon!

Kite flying!

Denver Paige and Miranda fishing off Sashay

Iyla looking stylish and master of her fishing pole!

Nadine and Makayla fishing off the dock.

The girls loved seeing each other again! They can't wait till this summer to play again!

Enjoying the sunset from our deck. Izzie was worn out from playing with Lucy, another dog, all afternoon

Nadine and Izzie crashed out early. We head back Monday. Ms. Pena, their old Pre-K teacher, will be hanging out with the girls during the week. Hopefully it will warm enough to get in the pool next weekend!
