SNOW!!!

 

This last week is pretty much summed up in this meme! 

We lost water for awhile. 

Note to self- Melting snow does not make much water!! 

We found out we lost water right after I finished a workout so I was desperate with the snow to get some water. Was so thankful the water came on the next day.  We did go under a boil notice for 3 days after that. 

We were conserving heat for others so Izzie got creative in warming herself up! 

We brought some plants in to save and Izzie kept me warm! 

Staying home for a week you discover things about your house. We discovered Mr. and Mrs, Squirrel made a house between our gutters.  

They were so grateful for the heat. They will be kicked out next week! 

Aunt Sarah came to stay with us on Tuesday because she lost electricity. The girls were huge help in taking food to her upstairs! 

Friday the girls got some much needed haircuts! 

Friday night we had a much over due dance party. The last one we had was at the beginning of COVID so we decided to dress up and shake it off! So fun! 

Lots of spinning going on! Not much dancing!

Sunday the sun was out and we uncovered the plants, trimmed off the dead parts and enjoyed outside!! 

We played croquet in the front yard! still working on sportsmanship but had a good time hanging out as a family! School starts again on Monday!  I'm looking forward to getting back to work!
