Happy Easter!

Nadine helping out with making people using wiki sticks at my clinic Monday

Had my annual SOS Feeding talk at the UT Health for the OTD graduate students on Thursday. My talk lasted 3 and 1/2 hours.  It was fun to educate future OTs, but a very long morning!

Friday we played outside - watering the grass in a fun way. My neighbors burned our grass with chemicals a few weeks ago. They replaced it, but have moved, so I am trying to get it to grow. We try to make watering fun with rainbows.

A pizza picnic after the sprinkler fun!

I got my mother's day gift early on Saturday and had a blast using it to trim all the bushes and prepare for the Easter bunny!

Fun dinner out Saturday night.

Discovered a great way for working on cursive letters- writing in chocolate. The girls are loving being taught cursive by their mom. I am loving teaching them cursive.

Writing in chocolate...so much fun!

We rocked the hunt at 6am, wore our dresses the day before Easter (see pic above). We watched the Easter Story to pass the time between till daylight.

The girls loved finding the eggs. an hour later didn't care much about what was in them, but kept hiding them for each other.

The girls are still not sure who the Easter bunny is, but they have a pretty good idea it’s Izzie!

So thankful MDM is here now with us to celebrate! Happy Easter! No way is he the Easter bunny!

We went to the zoo at 10am for the opening. The girls' school had a program for free tickets. It wasn't crowded and the weather was overcast. It was great! We hold the record for fastest time seeing the zoo. Home in less than 2 hours - before the crowds!
