Thursday MDM and I traveled with the girls to Camden. Bridge at Fort Knox over Penobscot River. Very cool bridge!

Amy and I ventured to Crossfit Acadia twice during the week for some great workouts. Was a 45 minute drive there and back so it was definitely a trek for the 6:30 am class.
