One More Week!

I think this is the first week I do not have any pictures of the girls except for one. This week was crazy from a working mom perspective. Instacart is my new best friend. These girls eat a lot of food! Work was crazy this week. Something unexpected happened every day that threw my routine off. I relied a lot on my friends this week to help me out. I am so grateful for my friends. 


Nadine and I hung out on Thursday morning at the tire shop while our flat was getting fixed. I didn't have time to take her back to school after vision therapy so she just came to work with me. 



The girls made these for MDM. They answered questions about him which were spot on. We are celebrating Father's Day next Sunday so I can't share them until then. Even though he hasn't been in their lives on a daily basis - they know him pretty well. Brought a big smile to my face. 
After 9 years MDM is moving home on Sunday! We know there will be rough times ahead adjusting to each other again, but we are so excited he is coming home. 
I could have definitely used his help today. I got a corneal abrasion while doing yard work this afternoon and my OT/friend, Kim came over to watch the girls so I could go to the ER to alleviate the pain. She also went to pick up my prescriptions because driving was very difficult. I was very thankful to have her help! 
The girls are in school every day now and in our spare time we are at the pool because it is so hot!
