A visit from cousins who live in NoLa! So much fun hanging out with 7 smart girls!!
The girls love their new "Jane" skorts and hand-me-downs from Jane!!
We also had a wonderful visit from Aunt Mo and Uncle Mike!!! I forgot to take a picture but the girls enjoyed showing off their gifts and jumping skills. It was great to see them!!
The new year started off with lots of play dates. Chloe and Carlos came over Friday to check out Amy's Adventure Mats! Fun!!
The girls built an obstacle course today. The OT in me couldn't help myself and made it a little more challenging, but was so proud of them for creating one! Iyla is recovering from Croup (I placed her in this picture since she spent most of the day in my lap). She came down with it on Friday night. I'm trying my hardest to prevent DPM and NEM from getting it. They got it last year in Feb, but now it's Iyla's turn. The nights are the roughest.
It's been a little rough by myself with the girls not napping now. I do make a point to go workout for an hour break, which helps me keep my sanity, but not having a break the rest of the day is hard. Especially when I need to cook their meals for the week. I am figuring things out as I go and counting down the days till MDM comes home. 18 months to go!
