We had a very low key Easter Sunday due to recovering from all the wedding festivities. The girls enjoyed looking for eggs for 5 minutes. Mostly they mouthed the eggs and dumped each other's buckets out or tried to go outside through the dog door. We had the hunt in the living room since it was sprinkling outside. Here are some pictures.
It has been a busy week for me. I have been trying to get plumbing, roof, electrical, and HVAC estimates for our house so we can move to the pending phase so then I can put an offer on a house. I successfully did it all by tonight!!
Our house is in the pending phase as of last night 12am and I put an offer on a house this afternoon. The same house I put an offer in on 4/15, but they didn't accept it because my house wasn't under contract. blah blah blah. The new thing in real estate is to write a letter to the sellers. We got one from the newlywed couple and of course I plastered pictures of the triplets all over my letter to our sellers. lol. They still called and asked my lender for "non-public" information this week. I asked him if he had a long sheet of paper and a good pen when he asked me where MDM and I went to school. :)
So our closing date is May 27th. I need to start packing soon, but have a few other things going on at the moment... remember my clinic expansion, 2nd location opening, and of course the day to day stuff of having triplets? Should be a fun month!
Update on the girls - they all can run literally in 3 different directions and love water play.
Nadine added "Iyla", "up", and "off" to her word list. She loves puzzles, books and eating.
Iyla loves taking things apart and trying to put things together, water play, playdoh, and being outside.
Denver Paige loves books, dancing, sliding, being outside, and Izzie
