So the 9 month appointment went well! The girls are doing great - in the 50th percentile on the premature growth chart. Their speech is a little delayed so we are watching that. Luckily I have 4 great speech therapists at my clinic so if we need them, we will have them!  We will be starting more finger foods as well. We started some squash tonight and all the girls dug in using their fingers! I also learned I need to be brushing Iyla's 2 teeth now. 

On Tuesday, Nadine will be going to see a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Our pediatrician is concerned about Nadine and developmental hip dysplasia. She had a ultrasound at 1 month that was fine, but today our pediatrician noticed her rear skin folds did not line up and her hips do not easily abduct. Nadine is at risk for hip dysplasia because of where (baby A) and how she was positioned in the womb (a breech position). I will keep you updated.
